Letter of Invitation for USA Entry Visa
All the conference participants and their accompanying partners who have paid the conference registration fees in full will receive an official invitation letter from the conference organizing committee. The letter can be used for the purpose of visa application. The letter of invitation will be sent by email.
Due to legal reasons, the conference organizing committee would not be able to issue an invitation letter to any prospective participant before the full payment of the conference registration fees have been received.
Should you need to request a letter of invitation for USA Entry Visa application, please contact the Conference Program Chair stating your full name, address, email address, title of your presentation and evidence that you have paid the full conference registration fees.
