Dr. Constant D. Beugré is a professor of management and chair of the department of business administration at Delaware State University, where he also has served as acting associate dean of the college of business. Previously, he was an assistant professor of management and information systems at Kent State University in Tuscarawas, a visiting fellow at Harvard University and a Fulbright scholar at Methodist University of Ghana. His research interests include organizational justice, entrepreneurship and neuro-organizational behavior.
Professor Beugré has published three books and more than fifty referred journal articles, book chapters, and conference proceedings. His publications have appeared in Decision Sciences, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of General Management, and many other outlets. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Lyon (France), a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology at University of ParisX/Nanterre, and a PhD in management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
